We at Conant Studio use the term Wedding Story to more accurately depict the unique style of a Conant Wedding - combining a Photojournalistic approach with the classic flair of fine portraiture. We integrate the spontaneity and magic of candid views with the striking power of your formal Church or outdoor ceremony and intimate on location portraits. By combining these two approaches to wedding coverage, Conant Studio can more personally tailor your wedding album to tell the full Story of the love that brought two people together on their wedding day. 

My wife and I work together as a team, when you hire us to photograph your wedding, it will be Ted and Cheryl who arrive the day of your wedding to capture all the emotion and romance in still portraits, and we photograph only one wedding per day.  Cheryl always comes prepared for any emergency with a kit she has put together as a result of our experiences over the years.  From sewing needs, to pinning on flowers, making sure before you walk down the aisle your veil, flowers, and train are perfect and all through the portraits sessions, she wants everyone in the portraits to look their best, Cheryl strives to make things run smooth.  We want your day to be as stress free as possible, and we are always available to help with a solution should the need arise.  After your ceremony we work quickly and efficiently together so you and your families, and wedding party do not become camera weary.  We will have the list of photographs we compiled with you in a consultation, to ensure we do not miss any photographs you want.  With our organized system and cooperation of everyone involved, you can be on your way to celebrating in a half to one hour, at the most, after beginning your photo session, which starts 10-15 minutes after your receiving line is finished.

  Your Wedding Story can be depicted in an elegant album we customize using our "new" digital software, or maybe a beautiful Photo Cover Memory Book we customize using our online professional album company.

Each Wedding Story includes one proof DVD of all images created the day of your wedding, you can view on your television set and using your DVD remote, you can scroll through thumbnail images, enlarge to full-screen views, and preview any image in black and white or sepia.  Each image will have a number under it for ordering purposes, and to make selecting your 200 favorite images for a music DVD, should you choose to order one.  Store the DVD in it's own leather case.   Also all those images will be displayed on an Image Quix website for viewing and purchasing, we will give you a password so only the people you wish to view and purchase images from your wedding day may do so.
